BD Level 1
Expand your belly dance technique as you learn new movements and begin layering your skills. Work on refinement, isolation, strength, clarity, and endurance as you drill-drill-drill! Short combinations may be taught at the teacher's discretion.
Drop in, monthly, or 10 week registration options available.
Level of Difficulty
Experience: Should have equivalent of 5 hours of Belly Dance Basics classes (formerly Belly Dance Fundamentals). Not appropriate for new dancers. Adults/18+
Mobility: Adaptable to all levels of ability and mobility, all genders, and body types. Dance is for everyone.
Items Needed: Come as you are in clothing that makes you feel comfortable. No props, shoes, or costuming needed.
